Artwork Guidance
What to send: PNG, JPG or PDF at 300 dpi or higher. For a 58 mm piece that is roughly 700 × 700 pixels as an absolute minimum; more is better. Bleed: the print wraps around the curved edge, so keep logos and text at least 5 mm inside the circle or the edge will clip them — the uploader on this page shows that safe area as a dashed ring. Colour: send RGB or CMYK; we proof either. Hairlines and text under 6 pt do not survive the wrap, so keep it bold and simple. Photos: a phone photo is usually fine at 44 mm; at 58 mm a low-resolution image starts to show.
Choosing a size. 44 mm suits a logo, a short word or a simple icon, and is the better choice inside a parcel. 58 mm gives roughly 70% more printable area, which is what you want for photographs, QR codes or anything with more than a few words. If you order both, send separate artwork for each — scaling a 58 mm design down usually pushes text below the size that survives the edge wrap.
